STUDIO POLICY

All sessions must be booked through our online system or via email. A full payment is required to confirm your booking. Bookings are non-refundable and reschedules must be made at least 72 hours before your original booking. Reschedules are made online through your account or from the link in your booking confirmation email.

Changes with less than 72 hours notice cannot be made and we cannot offer a refund.

A security deposit of £50 is taken at checkout for all bookings, which is refunded within 14 days of your booking subject to the terms of this policy.

Please arrive on time for your session, as the booking includes your setup and clean up time. Clients are expected to leave the studio promptly at the end of their scheduled session to allow the next booking to begin on time.

Please note that overstaying your booking by more than 15 minutes will result in the loss of your security deposit.

We ask that all clients respect the studio space and equipment. Furniture must be moved carefully and returned back to its original position.

Any damage, breakage, or misuse of furniture will result in the client being charged the full cost of replacement. This includes chairs, tables, shelving, and any other studio furnishings. Please report any existing damage immediately upon arrival.

Concept Studios has a strict no smoking and no vaping policy within the studio at any time.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all team members and guests comply with this policy.

Food and drinks are allowed in the studio but we ask you to not eat or drink around the furniture.

Any spills or messes must be cleaned and reported immediately. Excessive mess may result in a cleaning fee. Any rubbish should be disposed of in the bins provided.

Clients are expected to treat the studio with care and respect. Noise should be kept at a reasonable level, and the space should be left in the same condition as it was found.

The maximum number of people allowed per session is 8.

Additional guests must be approved in advance and may incur an extra fee. Only registered attendees are permitted in the studio, and unregistered visitors are not allowed.

The studio is not responsible for personal belongings left behind.

Clients are responsible for the safety of their team and equipment during the session.

By booking with us, you agree to comply with these policies. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in additional fees or refusal of service.
